Stand-By List

All entries must be received prior to the sign-up deadline.
If the Club receives your Entry Form and fees prior to the sign-up deadline, but all of the spaces are already filled; you will be placed on a Stand-by List and you will be notified of your “Stand-By” status. If you do not care to remain on the Stand-By List, please notify the Tournament Director or Club Treasurer and your name will be removed from the list and your Entry Fees will be refunded or credited toward a future event.
If there are any cancellations prior to the event, vacant spots will be filled from the Stand-By List on a first-come-first-served basis.
