| Stand-By List |

- All entries must be received prior to the sign-up deadline.
- If the Club receives your Entry Form and fees prior to the sign-up deadline, but all of the spaces are already filled; you will be placed on a Stand-by List and you will be notified of your "Stand-By" status. If you do not care to remain on the Stand-By List, please notify the Tournament Director or Club Treasurer and your name will be removed from the list and your Entry Fees will be refunded or credited toward a future event.
- If there are any cancellations prior to the event, vacant spots will be filled from the Stand-By List on a first-come-first-served basis.

| Cancellations / Refunds |

- If you cancel before the Sign-up Deadline, your Tournament Entry fees will be returned or credited toward a future event.
- If you cancel after the Sign-up Deadline, you may not be able to receive a refund of your Tournament fees. In order to receive a refund you must either
a) provide a "Replacement" player (and obtain your entry fees from that party), or b) have the Club fill your spot by someone on the Stand-by List, provided there are names on the Stand-by List. |
